Shipping Policy
At ICR Equipment Rental Sales & Supply, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and accurately. The following policy outlines how we process and ship online orders from our e-commerce platform.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Standard processing time is 1-2 business days after payment is received.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed, and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- We offer standard, expedited, and freight shipping depending on product size and weight.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, weight, and dimensions of your order.
- Local delivery and in-store pickup options may be available in select areas.
Freight & Oversized Items
- Heavy or oversized equipment and supplies may require LTL freight delivery.
- Customers will be contacted to schedule delivery and confirm access requirements (e.g., lift gate service, dock access, etc.).
- Freight shipments require a signature at delivery.
Delivery Times
- Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days.
- Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
- Delivery times may vary based on product availability, weather, and carrier delays.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain hazardous materials and restricted items may not be eligible for shipment and will be clearly marked on the product page.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email.
- You can also log into your ICR account on our website to view order status and tracking information.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@icrsupply.com
- If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement or refund.
